Job Description:
As a Client Relations Representative at Axiata Group Berhad, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction of clients through effective communication, problem-solving, and project management. You will be the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or feedback they may have.
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences- Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and resolve conflicts- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth- Attend client meetings and events as required
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 2 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Passionate and driven with a strong customer service orientation- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong project management abilities- Creativity and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
