Client Relations Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

Malaysia Airlines Berhad is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from home. We are looking for someone who is resilient, hardworking, and possesses strong soft skills such as persuasion and planning.

Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service2. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely manner3. Provide information on products and services to clients4. Resolve client complaints and issues in a professional manner5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction7. Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and increase retention rates

Requirements:1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills2. Ability to work independently and remotely3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software4. High school diploma or equivalent5. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
