### Job Description:

MISC Berhad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Representative to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a remote work environment and are passionate about building and maintaining exceptional client relationships. As a Client Relations Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by providing outstanding service and fostering strong business relationships. Your ability to leverage data and insights will be crucial in informing decisions and driving strategic initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on services and performance.
- **Relationship Management:** Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction. Foster an environment of trust and open communication with clients.
- **Data Analysis:** Utilize data analytics to monitor client accounts and identify improvement opportunities. Prepare reports to present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- **Issue Resolution:** Investigate and resolve client complaints and concerns effectively and in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- **Coordination:** Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are communicated and met.
- **Feedback Management:** Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and service enhancements.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the client experience and company offerings.
- **Training & Development:** Participate in training and professional development initiatives to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to client relations and industry standards.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management, preferably within a B2B environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential. Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- **Reliable:** Punctual and accountable in all aspects of work.
- **Independent:** Strong ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively without direct supervision.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Planning:** Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently.
