### Job Description
Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. As a part-time associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our excellent client relationships and ensuring the highest level of service delivery. We are looking for an individual who is hardworking, adaptable, and able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
### Key Responsibilities
- **Client Engagement:** Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring their needs are met with a high level of service.
- **Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups, understanding their needs to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve client issues efficiently by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely communication to the clients regarding their concerns.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather client feedback regarding service satisfaction and relay critical insights to management for process improvement and service enhancement.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system to ensure data integrity and support decision-making.
- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on client engagement, trends, and feedback to share with the management team, contributing to the ongoing improvement of client services.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and to align services with client expectations.
- **Training and Mentoring:** Assist in onboarding new team members and provide guidance regarding best practices in client relations and service delivery.
- **Adaptability:** Stay updated with industry trends and changes, adapting client relations strategies as necessary to meet evolving client expectations and market dynamics.
### Requirements
- **Education & Experience:**
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the energy sector.
- **Skills:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful: Ability to find creative solutions to client problems and challenges.
- Hardworking: Strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
