Responsibilities:Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Segment customer data based on demographics, purchase history, service history, and other relevant factors.
Develop and implement targeted CRM campaigns to nurture leads, drive sales, and promote customer loyalty.
Track and analyse CRM campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide training and support to CRM users across the organization.
Data Analysis:Collect, clean, and analyse customer data from various sources, including CRM, sales records, service records, and website analytics.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights in customer behaviour and preferences.
Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate data-driven recommendations.
Support the development of data-driven strategies for sales, marketing, and customer service.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization software).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work at Skudai/Sunway Big Box Johor.
Willing to travel to KL for training purposes.
