Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Admin Executive - Remote Work to manage and support the backend administrative processes, including handling client quotes, preparing proposals, and performing various administrative duties. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of our projects and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Quotations Management: Prepare and manage client quotations by coordinating with relevant teams (sales, project management, etc.). Ensure accuracy in pricing, terms, and product/service details within quotes. Track the progress of quotes and follow up with clients as needed. Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for creating proposals. Draft, review, and format client proposals ensuring all required details are included. Ensure timely submission of proposals in line with client deadlines and company standards. Backend Administration: Maintain accurate records and databases related to quotes, proposals, and administrative functions. Handle various backend administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and report generation. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the smooth execution of projects. General Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars. Support in preparing reports and presentations as required by management. Perform any other administrative duties as needed to support the team. Qualifications: Experience :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or project management environment. Experience in preparing quotes and proposals is highly desirable. Skills & Competencies :
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, Google Drive and other online software. Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
