**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Support:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to requests via phone, email, and in-person.
- Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

2. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Assist in the preparation and organization of client-related documents, reports, and presentations to ensure effective communication and project implementation.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and service usage to support continuous improvement.

3. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to communicate client needs and relay relevant information that may influence service offerings.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client service strategies and share insights on best practices.

4. **Training & Development:**
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to refine skills related to client service, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
- Assist in onboarding new team members by providing training and support, ensuring they align with the company's client service standards.

5. **Presentation:**
- Prepare and deliver client presentations that convey service offerings, updates, and solutions, presenting complex information in an easily digestible format.
- Support client-facing events and activities, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of clients and stakeholders.

6. **Adaptability and Problem Solving:**
- Demonstrate a flexible approach to problem-solving, effectively managing changes and unexpected challenges in client interactions or operational tasks.
- Leverage industry insights and client feedback to suggest areas for process improvements and service enhancements.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer support role, preferably within the QSR or retail industry.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Must possess confidence in communication and decision-making, establishing credibility with clients and team members.
- Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and a positive outlook during challenging situations.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and contribute to a supportive team atmosphere.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage clients and stakeholders effectively.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Familiarity with data entry, report generation, and general administrative functions.
