**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and feedback, effectively managing expectations.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Proactively identify and address client issues and concerns, formulating effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to resolve conflicts and deliver on client commitments.

- **Client Onboarding:**
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless integration and experience.
- Deliver comprehensive training and support to new clients on using our products and services.

- **Market Research & Innovation:**
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Propose and implement process enhancements to improve client service delivery.

- **Performance Metrics:**
- Analyze client service metrics and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction ratings.
- Prepare regular reports on client feedback and performance against service standards.

- **Collaboration:**
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and approach.
- Share insights from client interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies.

- **Professional Development:**
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to maintain up-to-date knowledge of investment products and market conditions.
- Attend training sessions and contribute to internal professional development initiatives.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in client service or relationship management within the banking or finance sector.

- **Skills & Abilities:**
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating high levels of self-discipline and confidence.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights for innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and understanding client needs.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities without direct oversight.
- Confident: Exhibit a strong presence in discussions with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and advocacy for client needs.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant client management software.
- Comfortable using virtual communication tools and platforms for remote collaboration.
