Client Service Representative

Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a confident and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no specific years of experience required.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person.2. Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.3. Assist clients in navigating our products and services.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client service processes.
