**Job Description:**

QSR Brands is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. As a Client Service Representative, you will be the front-line support for our clients, providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience that drives client satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Interaction:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Proactively identify client issues and concerns, demonstrating empathy and emotional intelligence to address and resolve them effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client issues are addressed swiftly and satisfactorily.

3. **Product Knowledge:**
- Maintain a thorough understanding of QSR Brands' products and services to provide informed recommendations and support to clients.
- Assist clients with product-related queries, providing guidance and troubleshooting support as necessary.

4. **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Collect client feedback and relay insights to management to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions and improve client service processes.

5. **Administrative Support:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in CRM software.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients by providing walkthroughs of services and addressing initial concerns.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and share best practices for service enhancement.
- Attend team meetings and contribute insights on client service trends and potential opportunities for improvement.

7. **Performance Metrics:**
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client service and satisfaction.
- Strive to meet and exceed established performance targets.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in a client-facing role, preferably within a fast-paced service environment.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding client service and representing the brand positively.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Creativity in problem-solving and developing client-centric solutions.
- High emotional intelligence to understand and manage client emotions effectively, promoting a positive experience.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other client service-related software.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is a plus.
- **Availability:** Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
