Job Description:
S P Setia Berhad is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for overseeing the client support team and ensuring that they provide excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
- Address any issues or concerns that clients may have in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee the client support team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience
- Provide regular reports on client satisfaction and support team performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 5 years of experience in client support or a similar role
- Motivated and adaptable personality traits
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly
