Job Description:
Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the online client support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
3. Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in addressing client needs.
5. Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support to continuously improve processes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven experience in online client support or customer service management.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
