**Position Overview:**
As a Client Support Officer at Maxis Berhad, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience and strengthening our client relationships. This part-time role is ideal for those who exhibit confidence, dedication, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Interaction:** Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels (email, chat, phone) to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- **Issue Resolution:** Diagnose and resolve client issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor. Utilize problem-solving skills to assess and understand client needs.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions in the designated CRM systems to maintain comprehensive records.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and handle inquiries adeptly.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other departments, including sales and technical support, to ensure client queries are handled efficiently and provide seamless service delivery.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- **Training Support:** Assist in onboarding new clients by providing necessary tutorials and support, ensuring they fully understand our services and tools.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in continuous training and development programs to improve service delivery and product knowledge and contribute to process improvements where necessary.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a client support or customer service role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
- **Educational Background:** A degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident: Ability to communicate effectively and assertively with clients.
- Dedicated: Commitment to providing outstanding service and seeing tasks through to completion.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Emotional Intelligence: Ability to perceive, evaluate, and respond to the emotions and needs of clients effectively.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive working environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using CRM software and other digital communication tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- **Flexibility:** Must be adaptable to different working hours and tasks as required.
