Job Description:

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Support Representative based in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a client support role.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met promptly and efficiently- Assist in onboarding new clients and provide training on our products and services- Maintain and update client records and databases- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred- Driven and energetic personality with a passion for customer service- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products is a plus
