Client Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Support Representative to join our team at British American Tobacco Malaysia in George Town, Penang. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Providing product information and guidance to clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns
- Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- Hardworking and adaptable personality traits
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support role
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
