Receptionists (Administration & Office Support)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Clinic Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our lifestyle medicine clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth clinic functioning, support efficient administrative processes, and provide outstanding service to our clients. This role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming, professional, and well-organized environment for patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk and Patient Interaction:Greet patients and visitors warmly, manage appointments, and handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
Administrative and Billing Support:Oversee patient registration, records, and file management, handle billing accurately, and maintain confidential client information in line with clinic protocols.
Patient Care Coordination and Satisfaction:Guide patients through clinic services, inform them about treatments and policies, and manage feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Inventory and Supplies Management:Monitor and restock clinic supplies, coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and prevent supply shortages.
Team Coordination, Compliance, and Safety:Collaborate with clinic staff for workflow support, assist with staff scheduling, uphold compliance with health and safety standards, and ensure a clean, safe clinic environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: Minimum SPM/O Level, diploma or degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience as a clinic administrator or in a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
Skills:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
