Clinic Assistant

Job Description
Receive and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, check-in patients, obtain necessary patient information and update patient records in the system.
Assist during doctor's consultations and procedures.
Check-out patients and assist with referral processing.
Handle billing processes.
Prepare equipment and examination rooms, and clean instruments.
Must be a team player and able to keep the team spirit alive.
Dispense medication as prescribed by the doctor.
Administer medications.
