About the roleKlink Medicmax Dan Surgeri Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of our medical clinic, ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival, checking them in, and assisting them with any queries or concerns
Scheduling and managing patient appointments, ensuring optimal clinic utilization
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and contact information
Preparing examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, and stocking supplies to maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Providing general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and answering telephone inquiries
Assisting the medical team with various clinical tasks, as directed, to ensure the efficient delivery of healthcare services
Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
What we're looking for
Experienceworking as a Clinic Assistant or in a similar healthcare administrative role is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, visitors, and the medical team in a professional and empathetic manner
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using medical office software, electronic health record systems, and standard office productivity tools
A caring and compassionate attitude, with a genuine interest in supporting the wellbeing of our patients
A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional medical or healthcare-related training or certifications preferred
