To support the clinic's daily operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, high-quality service delivery, and adherence to clinic protocols.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient ServicesGreet patients warmly and assist with registration.Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.Provide information about clinic services, procedures, and consultation fees.Assist in preparing patients for consultations or treatments.Administrative DutiesHandle phone inquiries, emails, and other correspondence professionally.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the system.Process billing, payments, and insurance claims when applicable.Clinical SupportAssist doctors and nurses during procedures, treatments, or consultations.Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.Sterilize and maintain medical instruments and equipment.Manage inventory and restock medical supplies as needed.Hygiene and SafetyEnsure the clinic complies with infection control protocols and safety standards.Dispose of clinical waste appropriately.Perform regular cleaning of clinic areas, including waiting rooms and treatment rooms.Customer ServiceAddress patient concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.Provide follow-up communication with patients as needed.Miscellaneous DutiesAssist in promotional activities, such as health campaigns or clinic programs.Perform any other duties assigned by the doctor or clinic manager.QualificationsEducation & CertificationMinimum SPM or equivalent qualification.Certificate or Diploma in Healthcare/Medical Assistant (preferred).SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Knowledge of medical terminology (advantageous).ExperiencePrevious experience in a clinic or healthcare setting (preferred but not mandatory).Work EnvironmentShift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays.Requires standing for long periods and occasional lifting.Interaction with patients of diverse backgrounds and conditions.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
