Our first clinic is currently operating in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.2
As Clinic Associates, you will be required to work for 45 hour works per week with our Doctors to provide quality and holistic patient care.
Prior healthcare experience is not necessary, but excellent customer service is a MUST!Your Responsibilities will include:Patient service: Greeting, handling of patient enquiries (messages, phone calls), patient registration, payment and relationship building with patientsScheduling of appointments and coordination of diagnostic testsAdministrative dutiesAssist in-house doctors (e.g.
chaperone)Perform setting up of medical equipment and taking measurements of patientsJob Requirements:You love serving customers and making a lasting impression!Good command of the english language.
