Clinic Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate treatments and products.Explain procedures, benefits, and potential side effects to clients in a clear and professional manner.Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.Follow up with clients post-treatment to address any concerns and encourage repeat business.Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell aesthetic treatments and products to new and existing clients.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the medical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless client experience.Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on new products and treatments.Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the clinic's database.Prepare and submit sales reports to the Headquarter as required.Required Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aesthetic or beauty industry.Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.Professional appearance and demeanor.Needs to be proficient in Chinese, Malay, and English.Compensation: Competitive salary with commission-based incentives.Benefits package including employee discounts on treatments and products.Looking for candidates for different locations: Bangsar, Kuala LumpurMidvalley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur
