Clinic Front Desk / Assistant

Job Title:Full Time Clinic Assistant
Location:Johor Bahru
Job Description:
Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service
Attend to enquiries via phone calls
Process invoices and payment collections
Dispense medication and maintain inventory levels
Perform basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
Handle enquiries on promotions and guide customers to products
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
At least SPM
Basic IT knowledge
Pleasant personality, cooperative, and able to work well with co-workers
Open to learning new things
Self-motivated and sales-driven with a positive attitude
Proficiency in Chinese and a strong command of English, able to handle Mandarin-speaking customers
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
