Clinic Staff Nurse

The staff nurse reports to the manager. He/she is responsible in providing nursing care and operating the clinic according to standard procedure.Job description- Provides competent nursing care by practising patient-centred and team-based care. Embrace continuous learning culture.- Establish infection control at the workplace by practicing standard precaution, cleaning with disinfectant, sterilization of surgical equipment and proper management of clinical waste.- Perform examination, measurement, procedure, investigation and treatment competently according to standard procedure.- Operates clinic competently and efficiently by adhering to standard procedure. Performs customer care, triaging, registration, basic examination, billing, dispensing and discharging according to standard procedure.- Perform sales activities by promoting services/products, engaging leads and prospect and reporting.- Prepare reporting to the management by recording activities, collecting data and submission of report.- Assist in marketing activities by showcasing marketing material, sharing information and contributing to content creation.- Undertake other duties as assigned by the managing director.Required qualifications- Diploma in nursing- Registered under allied health council- Possess latest year APC- No prior working experience required.- Has general knowledge on primary care role and services.- Good communication skill- ResilientPreferred qualifications- 2 years experience in primary care / emergency care**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Masai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
