Clinical Optometrist

To carry out the functions of an optometrist (refraction, basic ophthalmic history and examination, perform ophthalmic investigations, prescription of spectacles and contact lenses) under supervision.- To participate and contribute to the marketing and expansion activities (e.g. conduct eye screening work and give eye care talks) of the centre as the need arises.- To assist the doctors in their clinics.- Provide basic and direct care to patients as directed by doctor, and ensure good patient care experience in the clinic.- Maintain medical records and schedule appointments.- Filing documents, and getting patients where they need to be.- Prepping patients for examinations.- Assisting fellow colleagues and to perform any other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director or management.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)License/Certification:- Optometrist License (required)
