Job Description | Your role will involve: Troubleshoot issues with client deploymentsConfigure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)Provide maintenance support and troubleshooting on ticket assignment. Code writing to automate system architecturesParticipated in project work for the design and review of the new or upgrade cloud infraCloud infra documentation, maintenance, support, backupTake ownership of issues, with a sense of urgency, and using sound judgment to resolve within service levelsDesign, implement and troubleshoot AWS and GCP related issues Collaborated and Engage peers in accordance with processes and procedures to create complete solution designs.Managed and resolved technical support requests to 3rd party vendors Manage the tasks with company best practices and core process standards Qualifications & Requirements: 2-4 years of relevant industry experienceSecurity certification on CCSP is a plus Strong working knowledge of Server installation, patching and maintenanceExperience with AWS or GCP administrationExperience with network/firewall configuration/maintenanceExperience with PowerShell, Bash, pythonStrong working knowledge of Linux and common open source utilities3+ years of experience with Systems administration of cloud environments3+ years working with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
