Cnc Maintenance Engineer

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years proven experience working with CNC machinery, including troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and improvement.
Strong knowledge of CNC programming, PLC systems and relevant software applications, including excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on CNC machinery to ensure optimal functionality and strict adherence to safety standards.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair technical issues associated with CNC machines, including addressing problems across electrical, mechanical and software domains, demonstrating proficiency in various technical problem-solving methods.
Prevent unexpected breakdowns and prolong equipment lifespan by executing preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and calibration.
A proactive approach aims to enhance machine reliability and durability.
Collaborate with production teams to identify process improvements and recommend modifications for optimal machine performance and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities to track equipment performance and identify recurring issues.
