PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
-To organize and execute assigned business projects according to client's requirement.
-To deliver exceptional client service corresponding to the corporate requirements and improving business operations.
-To enable effective communication and collaboration between departments, particularly the delivery team, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements into service proposal and delivery.
-To ensure Client needs and requirements are met via active engagement to identify, escalate and resolve potential business opportunities on existing engagement.
-To generate sales among client accounts including upselling and cross-selling. Forecast and track client account metrics to capture accurate funnel and prediction.
-To operate as the point of contact for assigned customers. Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts. Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems and comprehend the causes. Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies.
-To understand and address the technology / service conceptual challenges during the sales process by coordinating with the appropriate internal teams.
-To utilize understanding of the client's business and depth of knowledge on the security solutions / services to propose and customize recommended deliverables in line with the clients' needs within internal resources capabilities.
-To ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion and coordinate with internal teams working on the same account to ensure consistent service level and understanding
-To process the sales orders accurately in accordance with company processes.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
-To attend networking events and build industry connections to facilitate business growth and presence in the industry and market.
-To comply with the Information Security Policy in the organization.

; Requirements:- Possess at least at Diploma in information technology, computer science, business management or other business-related fields
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to corporate audience.
-Client service-oriented and accustomed to taking proactive approach.
-Excellent command of verbal and written in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Possess own transportation.
