Marketing CampaignsCreate content for brand awareness digital campaigns for social media and customized email campaigns or newsletters.
Compile and analyze data associated with the success of the digital campaigns and newsletters for targeted BD calls or other activities, improve future content, etc.
Marketing CollateralDesign and create company collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, etc.
Ensure timely posting on social media platforms and updates on the website.
Compile data analytics from post digital campaigns and propose inferences.
Assist with creation and/or adaptation of marketing materials.
Liaise with designer, printer, and advertisement agencies from development to production.
Custodian of the company's master brand and ensure all marketing materials and communication adhere to Corporate Identity.
Maintenance of CRMUpdating key decision makers on CRM, based on contacts of decision makers provided by the Partners, new contacts added by consultants to the recruitment system, and new leads sourced based on market research/inputs.
Monitor people's movement and update the CRM accordingly.
Proactively manage the Sales & Marketing database and CRM to ensure data integrity and data hygiene, that it is current/active and accurate.
EventsCollate and consolidate useful data for internal and external meetings organized for the company.
Plan, implement and manage company events including sponsorship events, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, appreciation dinners, etc.
Advise the Commercial team on best events to attend.
Manage relationship with vendors and Chamber of Commerce.
Market ResearchAssist with the development and execution of lead generation based on research and utilization of data from the research for future marketing and BD purposes.
Identify and inform of events/conferences where potential clients are present and important for us to participate.
Build market updates and trends and update the details within designated database.
Proactively source and monitor all relevant and related industry, market, and competitors' information from available sources including online and offline.
Source and recommend relevant conferences, seminars, symposiums, and others for lead generation and brand awareness.
Administrative SupportHelp fill in all tenders and collect the necessary documents.
Fill up forms needed by the commercial team.
Required Skills and KnowledgeFamiliarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
Basic ability with website design and WordPress.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent numeric, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously.
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM applications).
