ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Planning:Develop and implement effective business development plans to drive growth and profitability for Railway Assets Corporation (RAC).
New Business Opportunities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with RAC's objectives and market positioning.
Proposal and Report Preparation:Prepare detailed proposals and reports supporting business development initiatives, demonstrating strong industry insight.
Client and Stakeholder Presentations:Create compelling presentations for clients and stakeholders, clearly communicating RAC's value proposition.
Project Management:Assist in planning and coordinating projects to support business development initiatives.
Media Asset Design and Management:Design, develop, and manage visual content for RAC's media assets, ensuring quality control and regular updates to maximize exposure and impact.
Client Relationship and Account Management:Serve as the primary contact for marketing clients, ensuring satisfaction, collaborating on custom solutions, and managing feedback to meet expectations.
Coordination with Media Agencies:Work with media agencies to plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns, negotiate contracts, and monitor campaign performance for data-driven adjustments.
Event Planning and Management:Plan, organize, and execute marketing events on RAC assets, coordinating logistics, budgets, and timelines to deliver seamless event experiences.
Design and Marketing Support:Provide design support for various marketing projects, contribute to creative strategies, and stay updated on industry trends to keep RAC's marketing efforts competitive and relevant.
RequirementsPossess a minimum of three (3) years of comprehensive experience in Commercial and Business Development.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (Minimum CGPA 3.4).
Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and handle confidential information.
Solid understanding of Project Management, Business Development, and Marketing concepts.
Strong attention to detail, analytical, strong problem-solving skills, and an exceptional stakeholder service focus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with team mates and clients.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or related role, ideally in a corporate or media environment.
Proven experience managing and working with media agencies to develop, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to bring new ideas and innovative solutions to the management and development of assets.
