Commercial Finance Manager

Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES   Ensure revenue recognition is in accordance with Groupe policies Actively support the revenue forecasting, budgeting and reporting process Actively support Commercial Finance Lead in month-end closing activities such as journals, schedules, reports and etc Co-ordinate and support weekly Finance WIP sessions with business leads Review, comment on and finalisation of client contracts Maintain and update relevant schedules such as WIP, Accrued Revenue, Deferred Income and etc Maintain Master Data accuracy of clients and vendors Support and co-ordinate finance related matters in business tenders Ensure client billings are in line with clients' requirements Assist with internal, external and client audits Any other ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time Qualifications QUALIFICATION •            Possess a Degree in Accounting or equivalent •            Experience in advertising industry will be added advantage COMPUTER PROFICIENCY MS Excel – highly preferable Spectra / BCC Accounting Software Hyperion (HFM) Additional Information Our employee benefits package comprises the following: Generous leave entitlements, including birthday leave, rest day and family care leave.
