Commercial Manager (Inland Logistics/Inland Transportation/Trucking Logistics)

-Develop the sale and marketing strategy


-Work with the Country GM in business development initiatives


-Collaborate with the Country GM, Logistic Manager, and other related parties to design new logistics solutions (Specifically for inland logistics/inland transportation/trucking logistics solutions) that improve efficiency and sustainability


-Prepare proposals for customers and for company's management


-Prepare periodic reports to update management


-Ensure the sales budget is achieved


-Propose actions in response to market changes


-Execute the sales and marketing program to meet expected deliverables


-Coach and manage the sales and customer service team


-Work with the logistics and operations team to ensure commitments to customers are successfully delivered

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Marine, Logistics, or Supply Chain


-Fluent presentation skills, as well as strong communication abilities


-Experience in sales and marketing in inland logistics, inland transportation, trucking logistics, sea freight, contract logistics, logistics solutions, or cross-border operations


-At least 3 years of experience managing commercial, sales, and marketing functions


-Excellent analytical skills and reporting capabilities


-Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, prioritization, proactive handling, and teamwork skills with the ability to meet deadlines


-Able to travel frequently
