Assist with menu planning, including menu costing, development, and executionStock, maintain, and rotate inventory, and accurately record and report inventory amountsMaintain cleanliness of kitchen, including proper thawing, cooking, and storing of meats, vegetables, and fruitsPrepare all food items according to recipes and specificationsCreate and manage a schedule for ordering and maintaining kitchen supplies and equipmentAssist in hiring, training, and supervising kitchen staffConduct daily and weekly inspections to make sure kitchen is in compliance with health codesEstablish and maintain positive relationships with guests and coworkers
