Blue Tech Wave Media (BTW), a media company under LARUS, is creating a Network Alliance tailored for executives in the telecom industry.
As part of this initiative, BTW will launch exclusive lounges in key cities of Asia, providing premium spaces for executive networking.
We seek a highly skilled Community Engagement Director to lead efforts in building and managing this high-end network.
Role Summary:
The Community Engagement Director will cultivate a vibrant, exclusive community of telecom industry executives, promote lounge memberships, and organize luxury events to foster deep, professional relationships.
This role combines high-level sales, community engagement, and public relations to ensure an elite network of CEOs and executives actively engage with the BTW lounges and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the promotion and sales of BTW lounge memberships to telecom executives and industry leaders.
Build and manage a high-profile community of C-level executives, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring member retention.
Organize and host exclusive networking events, conferences, and gatherings to foster connections within the executive community.
Attend industry conferences and events to promote BTW's lounges and services, generating new leads and members.
Develop and execute community engagement strategies to ensure a thriving, connected executive network.
Utilize PR and marketing skills to elevate BTW's brand, attract executives, and build strong partnerships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective relationship management and strategic outreach.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in luxury, lifestyle, or B2B sales, particularly in engaging with high-level executives.
Strong background in community management, with a focus on creating and maintaining exclusive networks.
Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural, executive-level environment.
Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.
Experience in organizing high-end events, conferences, or corporate functions.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of building strong, long-lasting relationships.
PR experience is a plus, particularly in luxury branding or corporate partnerships.
Preferred:
Experience in the telecom, media, or high-end service industries.
Success in managing luxury services or executive-level memberships.
