Event Management: Organize and announce weekly events for our
client base, ensuring timely and accurate communication of all
necessary details. Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external
stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of these events.
Customer Support: Manage our customer support channels including
live chat and email, ensuring prompt and effective communication
with our clients. Resolve client issues and escalate complex queries to
relevant departments, striving to provide the highest level of customer
service at all times.
Mentor Support: Act as a primary point of support for our Head of
Mentors, assisting with their tasks and roles, and facilitating
communication between mentors and our clients. Participate in
recruitment and training of new mentors when required.
Live Events Program Management: Act as the Program Director for
our gatherings, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution.
This includes logistics, coordination with speakers and participants,
ensuring technical requirements are met, and monitoring the overall
success of the event.
Client Onboarding: Welcome and onboard new students to our
platform. This involves setting expectations, walking them through
our services, answering their questions, and ensuring they have all the
tools and knowledge necessary to succeed.
