and interview requestsResponsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external media and other relevant partners and represent the Company in communications initiatives at industry forumLead and coordinate publication of internal communications, such as employee portal and act as communications liaison with custodian for Global Internal Communications portal (Interact)Assume advisory role for internal projects on communications matters to ensure desired project objectives are achieved by providing essential communications advice and execution of communications related activities; Handle and advise on corporate brand usage, ensuring compliance to corporate brand guidelineLead and own the Company's Sustainability framework and its activities related to ESGPhenomenal experience in owning the production of the corporate annual report (AGM), analyst briefing etcESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEPossess strong leadership capabilities in leading agencies to deliver quality work within agreed timelinesStrong stakeholder management skill in building engagement with key collaborators in Media, Government agencies and other relevant stakeholder organizationAbility to identify and optimize the use of resources in executions of agreed plans as well to ensure the deliverables implemented on timeMinimum 8 years of the experience in public affairs, corporate communication, or any relevant fieldsHands-on experience dealing with corporate annual report (AGM) is essentialBENEFICIALActively drive "out of the box" ideas that will support functional initiatives.Actively build new and strengthen existing relationship with internal partners to provide better communication supportWE ARE BATAt BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
