Company Secretary Assistant / Executive / Senior Executive
Company Background:
We are a corporate secretarial company committed to the provision of quality professional services to our valuable client. We are looking for ambitions and motivated individuals to fill the following position at our Pusat Komersial Jalan Kuching Office (Boulevard Business Park, Jalan Kuching), Kuala Lumpur.

Job Descriptions:
• Lead or assist the Head of Company Secretarial in all aspects of company secretarial work, duties and ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2016, other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Update and maintain all statutory records and books including but not limited to compliance with Companies Act, 2016, other law and requirement.
• Responsible for the preparation of resolutions, annual return, minutes of meetings and other corporate secretarial documents.
• Assist in coordinating and arrange submission of documents to Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) including MyCOID submission.
• Liaise with accounts department (namely Client, Accounts, Audit, Tax, Lawyer, Banker, etc), the Companies Commission of Malaysia and other relevant Regulators.
• To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess ICSA / MIA qualification / Diploma / Degree in Corporate Administration / Legal / Secretarial Practice / Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum One (1) year relevant working experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• FAMILIAR & EXPERT with the Companies Act 2016, SSM and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, responsible and hardworking. Committed to work and deadline.
• Able to manage portfolio of clients independently.
• Reliable with a strong sense of integrity.
• Possess high level of commitment & good interpersonal skills.
• To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management
• Fresh graduates without working experience but with a keen interest to pursue a career in
• 5 days working per week, 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
