Knowledge Requirements:
Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge in MBRS, MyCoid, and e-Stamping.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Handle full set of Company Secretarial tasks such as preparing Directors & Members Resolutions, Strike Off Company, Reduction of Shares Capital, Beneficial Ownership, and any related Company Secretarial Works.
Communicate and liaise with Clients, Auditors, Lawyers, Bankers, and others.
Work Environment:
