Company Secretarial Executive/Assistant

ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of multiple corporate secretarial clients
Preparation & drafting of resolutions for various company transactions
Maintain/review of statutory registers, minutes books and other records including Register of Beneficial Ownership
Preparation of incorporation of Companies/Foreign Branch and continuing obligations under the Companies Act 2016
Assisting the Company Secretarial Manager in performing secretarial functions
RequirementsEducation required is Bachelor of Corporate Administration/LLB
Possession of a valid MAICSA or LS License with 1-2 years of experience
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
At least 3-5 years of experience in the secretarial field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
