Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager, HR with a strong focus on insurance, claims, leave, disciplinary and PMS management. In this role, you will oversee the company's compensation structures, benefits programs, and insurance policies, ensuring all employees are covered under compliant and competitive health and life insurance plans. You will also manage employee claims efficiently and work closely with insurance providers to resolve any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer company-provided insurance policies (health, life, disability, etc.) ensuring employees receive the best coverage.Act as the primary point of contact between the company and insurance providers, handling negotiations, renewals, and provider relationships.Manage the entire claims process from submission to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.Ensure employees understand the claims submission process, conducting workshops or informational sessions as needed.Develop, manage, and review employee benefits programs (including health, insurance, and retirement plans) to ensure they meet employee needs and are cost-effective.Oversee the company's leave policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies (sick leave, annual leave, maternity/paternity leave, etc.).Manage the leave tracking system, ensuring accurate recording of leave balances, entitlements, and usage.Monitor the effectiveness of the performance management system, making recommendations for process improvements or system enhancements.Manage & Assist on disciplinary issues.Requirements:
Must have bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Must have 8 – 10 years' experience in compensation and benefits management with experience handling insurance, claims, leaves, disciplinary and performance management systems.Strong understanding of insurance policies (health, life, disability) and claims processes.
