Compliance Manager, Partner Oversight (APAC)As a Compliance Manager for Partner Oversight, you will play a crucial role in the expansion of the Dandelion Network, and the on-boarding of Partners throughout APAC.
You will be responsible for the relationship of the partners in your portfolio, and you be the go-to person for Business.
You will provide regulatory guidance to business teams on different business models.
You have experience in KYC, and you are great at balancing risk.
You will have a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
Perform due diligence on financial institutions who wish to use the Dandelion payout network for the disbursement of payments.
Assess the Compliance Program and Control Framework of the financial institution.
Perform ongoing due diligence on the partners.
Perform oversight of the partners.
Prepare and maintain Compliance Requirements Documents which are used throughout the relationship with the Partner.
Complete Risk Assessments and Approval Memos for accepted sending and payout Partners and present this to the Risk Stewardship Team.
Monitor regulatory updates and evolution which might impact the partner in your portfolio.
Maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports and status updates for senior management.
Support training and awareness activities for business and sales teams.
Be the go-to person for business development teams.
Education
You have a master's degree in law, Finance, or Economics.
Experience and Skills
You have more than 10 years' experience in Cross-Border Payments, Fintech, and Banking.
You have proven experience in the on-boarding of legal entities with complex ownership structures.
You have a good understanding of the domestic payment schemes in the region.
Excellent team player who is comfortable working with employees in other countries as part of a globally distributed team.
Driven, proactive, high-energy, highly visible, and a positive can-do attitude.
You have demonstrated experience to independently manage, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, responsibilities, and competing priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
