We are seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:Establishing and managing the company's compliance needs.
Establishing a compliance framework and monitoring program, including reporting, investigating, recommending remedial actions, providing compliance advice, reviewing filings with regulators, and regular compliance returns.
Coordinating the company's compliance efforts, including staff training and liaison with external consultants and relevant authorities.
Requirements:At least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or Accountancy or relevant professional qualifications.
Experience in compliance, internal or external audit is required.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the financial services industry.
Able to work independently, extremely well organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
Registration with the Malaysian Securities Commission ("SC") is required upon completing the relevant SC examination modules.
Very proficient in both spoken and written English.
