Compliance Operation Intern

-Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 and CMMI) compliance by supporting the department in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls.


-Assists departments with the coordination of audit information and recommends appropriate data-gathering mechanisms and procedures.


-Maintains updated and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans, and effectiveness monitoring.


-Assist in the development of training materials and deliver training sessions to employees on ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards.


-Control and maintain quality management system documents files including internal and external documents, keep all quality documents in coordination with team.

; Requirements:-


-A Malaysian student currently undertaking a bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Business Management, Operation Management, Industrial Technology Management, Engineering Technology and Technology Management.


-An innovative, enthusiastic, energetic, resourceful, self-motivated attitude and strong interpersonal skills. 


-Fluency in Mandarin language and good command in English language.


-Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.


-Active in co-curricular activities or programs in university.


-Familiar with Microsoft Office suite, CANVA, and computer literacy. 


-Mandarin speaker is preferred.
