Compounder

Job Responsibilities
Ensure all raw materials such as Latex, Coagulant, Dispersions and Chemicals are "Passed" and approved by QA before compounding or pre-mixing.
Perform compounding of Latex and Chemical preparation as per standard operating procedure and instruction.
Maintain the cleanliness of compounding area and workstations and follow safety procedures.
Understand the importance of meeting customer, statutory and regulatory requirements, and ensure that Quality Policy and Quality Objective are established.
Ensure that social accountability policy, company security policy and safety & health policy are clear and understood.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
