The OpportunityThe ideal candidate will excel in reporting and attention to detail, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and proficient computer skills.
You will be a central source of knowledge and planning for construction projects, keeping accurate records as a seasoned administrator, including budgets and cost controls.
The Perfect FitTo be considered for the role, the ideal candidate will:
Be willing to relocate and work in Dili, Timor Leste
Possess a diploma/bachelor's degree (or higher) in architecture, property development, construction, project management, business administration, or other related discipline
Possess at least 3 years of working experience in a related field
Be proficient with Microsoft Office, process flow diagrams, technical documentation, and scheduling
Possess solid organization, time-management and document filing skills with an eye for detail
Possess experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds
Project management knowledge, CAPM or PMP qualifications are preferred, but not mandatory
Be proficient in the following required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia, and Mandarin Chinese
