Construction Dispute Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties To work as a Consultant providing support within the business on major claims and disputes in the construction market. Most of your workload will relate to the Arbitration and Litigation process of major claims, dispute resolution and avoidance, as well as providing expertise as a Consultant over the life cycle of a project. Be involved in multiple projects and the role will offer exposure to an exciting variety of projects. The right candidate should be keen to specialize in the Delay Analysis and Cost Claim areas. Desired Skills and Experience: Degree qualified Minimum 2 years of site experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer or any other relevant project site related jobs. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Interested in Dispute Resolution, Delay Analysis and Cost Claim  Has experience of large-scale projects in either civil engineering, building or power plant project Ideal candidate characteristics: investigative mind, resourceful, good communicator, a team player, adaptable, open to new learning and client/case situational changes. Candidates who are articulate with excellent English verbal and written skills are preferred
