Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Associate to join our team at Proton Holdings Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service over the phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently- Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records- Collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience- Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to customers- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role- Reliable and resourceful individual with strong communication skills- Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate cooperation- Critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve effectively- High school diploma or equivalent required- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
