**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Contact Center Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards that Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is known for. As a Contact Center Representative, you will leverage your expertise in customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer engagement from the comfort of your home.

**Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Answer inquiries related to orders, products, pricing, and company policies, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to foster positive relationships and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough research to provide accurate and relevant information to customers and resolve product-related issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless communication across departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to address complex customer concerns and improve service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service to enhance your effectiveness in the role.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and recommending improvements to processes.
- Participate in performance reviews, seeking feedback to continually enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding customer information.
- Assist in other related duties as assigned by the team leader or supervisor.

**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology platforms.
- Strong research skills, enabling you to quickly find the necessary information and provide accurate answers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and navigate complex situations confidently.
- A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively with others to achieve common goals.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all information provided to customers is accurate.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and professionalism.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable work environment conducive to remote work.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a relevant field is a preferred advantage.
