**Job Description:**

Tenaga Nasional Berhad, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a part-time, work-from-home capacity. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support while contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality energy solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist customers with their questions regarding services, billing inquiries, and technical support related to energy usage.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify and investigate customer issues while providing effective solutions.
- Record and track customer complaints or feedback and ensure proper escalation to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. **Product/Service Knowledge:**
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training modules to enhance knowledge of energy solutions and customer service techniques.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Generate reports on customer service metrics and contribute ideas for improving service operational processes.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members (virtual teams) to share insights and strategies for improving customer service.
- Attend regular virtual meetings to discuss performance metrics and service updates.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills.
- Provide input for service improvements and innovations based on customer feedback.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business administration or related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience required. We welcome applicants eager to begin their careers in customer service.
- **Skills:**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Malay.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling billing inquiries.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent and self-motivated, comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
- Positive attitude and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional cooperation abilities, willing to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong time management skills, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time efficiently.
