About The RoleThis role will be supporting Singapore market.
Attend to inbound call and email enquiries received from corporate clients and to ensure service level agreement is maintained within target.
Handle and protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
PII is one of the top priority for AIA.
You are responsible to ensure that customer confidence and the reputation of AIA is safeguarded at all times.
Job DescriptionAttend to inbound call and email enquiries regarding claims, letter of guarantee request and policy member maintenance, received from corporate clients (Insured Employees/Members, HR personnel, Agents, Brokers).
Escalate enquiry to other relevant departments, follow-up and keep customer informed consistently.
Update enquiry details and claim documents into system.
Issue Letter of Guarantee to panel hospital and insured member.
Delivering and maintaining minimum customer service standard as set by the company.
Handle and safeguard business and personal information at all times and comply with applicable data privacy laws and regulations.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Job RequirementsEducation – Diploma / Degree graduate in Business Admin, management, biomedicine, Insurance studies or certificate equivalent.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service in call centre environment / healthcare / insurance industries.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
High proficiency in speaking English.
Certifications/licenses – LOMA / other customer service certified will be an added advantage.
Candidate MUST BE able to work inCyberjaya .
Candidate need to followSingapore working calendar .
