As a Digital Content Creator, you will plan, develop and execute content ideas as a way to attract and interact with our various communities on Tiktok and Instagram. Brands you will be working on includes Commerceplus, In-house brands and Commerceplus clients. Your work revolves around
CREATE | You are the expert at all the fun trending content around Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook social media. You will be brainstorming, planning, film and edit daily content for Tiktok and Instagram Reels, Youtube Shorts. Your videos are simple, authentic, raw and they are focused on delivering meaningful value that gets fans and new followers excited about the products you talk about.
ENGAGE | You love talking to people and that includes communities, fans and new audiences that are just finding out about your videos. You keep the engagement going with follow ups as you find out about what makes them tick. You think of ways to keep them entertained and coming back for more. Content creation is both an art and a science. You are continuously testing your hypotheses about why some angles, messages and videos work, and others don't.
COMMUNICATE | Be a potential face for the brands' Tiktok, Instagram and social feeds. You will be working closely with the project leads and clients, to craft out editorial calendars, managing day-to-day expectations and building a roadmap for growth using content marketing. You are constantly improving by capturing and analysing the latest social media trends and capture them into insights and best practises

-Brainstorming ideas and pulling teams together to discuss shoots, angles and ways to communicate to audiences and bringing them into the brand's universe.

-Candidate must be pursuing diploma or degree in related fields.
-Able to do minimum 12 weeks of internship with the company.
-Have experience creating content for own social profiles or freelance work.
-Must love to work in a high growth startup environment.
-Passionate and love video production
-Knowledge and experience in creating content for TikTok and Instagram.
-Knowledge and Experience in shooting video content and editing.
-Have good understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and various digital content distribution channels.
-Passionate about social media and interested in the latest trends.
-Positive attitude with good communication skills in English and Malay.
-Must have high sense of responsibility and accountability.
-Friendly, positive, cheerful and fluent in speaking.
-Knowledge in homecare, cooking, fashion lifestyle topics is an added advantage.
-Must have a unique combination of humility (willing to do the dirty work) and ambition (vision for what your future holds)
